Yoga Classes

Class Offerings - open to all!


Gentle to Moderate Class -

Mondays @ 5:15pm

These classes are for Yogis who have some exposure to asana practice. The class will offer breathing and meditation, sun salutations, varied poses for strength, flexibility and balance.


Gentle and Beginner Class -

Tuesdays @ 5:15pm

These classes are for anyone who is new to yoga or just feels like a gentle class is right for them. The class will offer stretching, gentle poses for building strength and flexibility accompanied by breathing and balance.


Restorative Yoga -

This is a once a month class on the 3rd Thursday at 5:30pm

Deep relaxation, long comfortable poses for gentle stretching, regenerative and meditative.

Special Interest Classes

Introduction to Yoga - Register Now!

Offered on a monthly basis. Learn the basic language and postures that are helpful for you and your beginning yoga practice. Times vary.


Post-Partum Special Series - Register Now!

Class oriented towards new mothers to helpwith recovery from pregnancy and birth. The classes will be very gentle and focus on the deeper muscles and repair, while being kind to yourself. Offered in a 6 week series on Saturday mornings.
